The Tokyo Marui AKX Gas Blowback Rifle is a variation model of the first Kalashnikov-based gas blowback released by the company, the famous AKM GBB. The base AKM has been modernized and customised with Tokyo Marui’s original design. The design makes it easier to configure the GBB rifle to suit the needs of the airsoft player such as the ability to accessorise the AKX. The AKX is equipped with a 7-inch aluminium M-Lok handguard and it gives it a slim and compact profile. Deka says that whilst it is lightweight, it is perfectly rigid. Players can add 3 types of slots for the rail to suit their requirements which are optional parts. The 3-port muzzle brake is also made aluminium and it is exclusive to the AK.
