The Ono is exceptionally well-balanced, with a 12 cm double-ground blade that offers versatility for camping and bushcraft activities. The blade extends through the handle, giving the axe a robust and sturdy feel, while providing excellent control. The steel is encased in Silky’s Genki grip, which consists of two rubber parts without any screws or bolts. This design allows the handle to be easily removed without tools, while effectively dampening vibrations.
The Ono comes with a durable nylon sheath to protect both the blade and your fingers. Conveniently, the handle, blade, and sheath all feature holes, making it easy to secure or hang the axe.
